It all started back in 2010 when a bunch of ex-Telstra technicians joined forces to fight the moral battle against Cabling Cowboys and their dodgy Backyard Bob workmanship in Sydney's west. We boast a state-of-the-art proprietary customer management database and work management system (cloud based CRM web app), which we continually improve and upgrade to keep up with the changing requirements of our clients & the industry.
Our technicians are also available as subcontractors for works such as pre-provisioning NBN / Velocity / Opticomm in new estates (such as lead-ins, Smart Wiring, Hills Hubs, etc.), and even commercial contracts / agreements for end-user on-site support for ISP's and I.T. companies (e.g. MDF jumpering, xDSL testing).
We can provide Certificates of Currency on request for our Public Liability and iCare (workers comp) Insurances, and follow strict on-site safety procedures (such as Pre Start Meetings, SWMS and MSDS documentation). All our communications technicians are licenced and registered cablers as per ACMA Wiring Rules and our security technicians are Class 2 licenced Security Equipment Specialists as per the NSW Security Licensing & Enforcement Directorate (SLED). All 240V electrical works are carried out by licenced Electricians.
